Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast production.

  • Changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing the order
  • Once production has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference

Each item is uniquely made and cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds & Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (different from your order)

Reporting an Issue

To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence showing the problem

Without sufficient evidence, we may not be able to process your request.

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We may offer a free replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
